A. Getting started
- Go to Start and tap Try it Free.
- Enter your name and email, set a password.
- Verify email if prompted, then sign in.
- Week 1: 2 lessons. Week 2: 2 lessons.
- Full platform preview with limited access; cancel anytime before day 14 to avoid charges.
- Browsers: Chrome, Safari, Edge (latest 2 versions recommended).
- OS: iOS 15+/iPadOS 15+, Android 10+, Windows 10+, macOS 12+.
- Internet: stable connection; videos need ~5–8 Mbps.
Downloading lessons for offline use isn’t supported at this time.
B. Account & profile
- Open Account → Profile.
- Edit details and Save. Use Change Password for a new password.
Currently one language is available: English.
Beta note: one account per subscription. For multiple children, share the same account; separate child profiles are planned.
C. Subscription & billing
- Includes access to trial lessons; billing begins after 14 days.
- Cancel before the renewal date in Account → Billing to avoid charges.
We accept cards, Google Play, and others via secure processors. Payments are handled by Safepay (supports Google Pay and Apple Pay). We do not store card data on our servers.
Trial is free for 14 days. After subscription begins, refunds are granted only in exceptional cases. Submit a request via the Contact Us form for review.
- Go to Account → Billing.
- Click Apply code, enter your coupon, then Apply.
- Open Account → Billing.
- Select Change plan or Cancel subscription.
- Follow the prompts; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
D. Lesson structure & curriculum
Grades 1 → 5 progression. Complete a grade to unlock the next. Recommended ages vary by grade. For older children, contact us for custom plans.
Core subjects include Quran, character development, and academics (with themed lessons). Sample topics will be listed in the syllabus.
Beta: one progress tracker per account. Future app: separate child profiles and trackers.
Expect short quizzes for knowledge checks. Certificates may be awarded on completion milestones.
E. Safety & privacy
Not available in beta; planned in the upcoming app. We’ll announce when released.

F. Technical issues
- Clear browser cache and cookies.
- Update your browser to a recent version.
- Try a different device or network.
If a download fails, check device storage and internet connection. Re-try after a few minutes.
Make sure pop-up blockers or privacy extensions aren’t blocking video or payment windows.
- E-VID-01: Refresh the page; check network.
- E-AUTH-02: Sign in again; reset password if needed.
- E-PAY-03: Payment declined — verify card or try another method.
